Who are Zest for Life
Zest For Life Counselling and Training Services was set up in 2010 to provide high-quality private counselling and training services in Banbridge in the heart of County Down, Northern Ireland.
At Zest For Life Therapy Centre, we specialise in counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, families and groups. The Centre is run by two Directors, Lena Bambrick and Hazel Marsden.
Our Clinic
Zest For Life offers a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment and Our Team of Therapists are here to support and guide you through any difficulties you may be facing. We provide services for local GP practices in our area.
